Karate

The art of karate has become primarily an outstanding art. Today, the art of karate is popular all over the world. Here you can achieve success through self-discipline, rigorous training and your own creative endeavors. Karate also improves self-confidence, improves self-esteem, reduces stress, improves strength and endurance, improves agility, improves balance, improves patience and humility, and promotes perseverance. Also we teach to respect each other, to be able to focus and to be at peace and calm.

In our institute we teach Shotokan style. Shotokan was created in Tokyo in 1938 by Gichin Funakoshi, considered by many to be modern karate’s founding master. Shotokan is the most popular Karate style taught around the world.
