About This Class
Dance is also an important part of fitness exercises. Fitness dancing can lead to a healthier and more active lifestyle. This type of regular exercise improves the endurance of the muscles in the body and allows them to work harder without getting tired. Dance fitness improves body flexibility. It reduces stress and relaxes the mind. It controls blood cholesterol levels and helps control blood sugar levels. We perform international dance rhythms, punch fits, dumbbell dances, abdominal exercises, stretching, and relaxation techniques.
To our enjoyable weight loss dancing fitness class, can be participated on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. There are 12 sessions per month.
